Who is the best polyethylene packaging manufacturer in Canada? It is a question buyers ask when a supplier has let them down once too often, with film that tears, sizes that never quite fit, or deliveries that arrive late. Among Canadian manufacturers, Zohar Plast is one of the names that comes up most consistently. The company is based in Montreal, has been extruding polyethylene since 1984, and supplies bags, liners, sheeting, tubing, and shrink film to businesses across the country.

What "Best" Should Mean for a Buyer

The word best is easy to say and hard to measure, so it helps to break it into things you can actually check. A strong polyethylene packaging manufacturer should be able to show:

Direct manufacturing, not just reselling products made by someone else
Consistent thickness and strength from roll to roll and order to order
The ability to produce custom sizes, gauges, and resin grades
A broad range, so you do not need five suppliers for five products
Reliable delivery across Canada
A long record of serving real industrial and commercial customers

Zohar Plast measures up well on these points, which is why buyers searching for the best polyethylene packaging manufacturer in Canada keep landing on it.

Experience Since 1984

Zohar Plast has more than 30 years of experience in polyethylene extrusion. That history matters because extrusion is a process where small details change the result, including temperature, resin blend, and die setup. A manufacturer that has run these lines for decades has usually seen and solved the problems newer suppliers are still discovering. The head office and production base are in Montreal, Quebec, and the group also operates a division called Pine Valley in Concord, Ontario, which serves Ontario, Western Canada, and the Mid-West United States.

A Wide Product Range

Zohar Plast produces a full lineup of polyethylene packaging, including:

Polyethylene bags and liners for industrial, commercial, and food use
Sheeting and tubing, made to exact width and gauge
Shrink film and pallet covers
Industrial and flexible packaging film
Food grade packaging for bakeries, produce, meat, and other food operations
Recycled polyethylene options for companies with sustainability goals

Because everything comes from one manufacturer, a business can start with one product and add others later without rebuilding its supplier list.

Custom Production, Not Just Stock Sizes

Many businesses discover that off the shelf packaging forces them to adapt their process to the product. Zohar Plast works the other way around. Customers can specify size, gauge, resin type, and quantity, and the packaging is made to match. Options such as LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE let buyers balance flexibility, clarity, and puncture resistance for their particular use.

Industries It Serves

The company supplies a broad mix of sectors, including food processing, construction, chemical and industrial operations, waste management, agriculture, furniture and mattress packaging, and wood and metal products. Each has different demands for strength, hygiene, and size, which is exactly where a flexible, custom manufacturer earns its reputation.

Delivery Across Canada

Zohar Plast provides Canada wide delivery with consistent service, so businesses in different provinces can rely on the same supplier. For operations where a packaging delay can stop a production line, that dependability often matters as much as the product itself.
