Your content
Ownership
You retain ownership of the articles, comments, images, and other content you create ("Your Content"). Word to Share does not claim ownership of Your Content.
License you grant us
By submitting or publishing content on the Service, you grant Word to Share a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and promote Your Content in connection with operating and improving the Service. This license includes the right to:
- Display your articles in feeds, search results, category pages, and RSS
- Format and excerpt your content for cards, previews, and social sharing
- Index your content for on-platform search
- Retain published articles in the public archive
This license ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except where copies are retained in backups, caches, or the public archive as described in these Terms.
Your warranties
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to publish Your Content
- Your Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
- Your Content complies with these Terms and our Publishing Guidelines
- Reference links and images you submit are accurate, lawful, and relevant
